Return Policy
MIA Dynamics Return Policy
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of your purchase. If the 14-day period has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. In cases where free shipping was applied, we will notify you of the return shipping cost once we receive your refund request.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item. All returns must be made with the product in its original packaging and with all labels and original contents included.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm receipt via email. We will also notify you if your refund request has been accepted or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method, usually within three weeks.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first, check your bank account. If you still don’t see it, contact your credit card issuer to inquire about any delays. After that, you may want to reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If, after following these steps, your refund is still not processed, feel free to contact us at info@miadynamics.com.
Items on Sale (if applicable)
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@miadynamics.com.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on your location, the time to receive your replacement item may vary. If you're returning an item valued at over €100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
